People, are u holding yer breath because the Blue machine sometimes breaks hearts?!
Well, I think I like the skipper choice, the gm came by way of sf i think. Bradly & Perez gone bye-bye up to A's--=whaddup with the kid we got for him(outfielder Andre Ethier) ----he looks promising, good #'s in double and tripleA.
We got Mueller and Nomar; although Nomar for only a year so far. But this shit excites me even as we sail thru football(<--my fav)/ early bball season!
Anyone else getting excited?!?!?!

Re: Dodgers Making Moves
Mon, December 19, 2005 - 7:05 AMWay better than what Depodesta was doing. It already shows a contrast of GMing a team. The Dodgers look like they actually are going to spend money. -

Wed, December 21, 2005 - 2:55 PMI like Lofton, seasoned vet for one year. Hmmm, ok let's win now------no time like the friggin present!

Re: Dodgers Making Moves
Wed, December 21, 2005 - 8:36 PMi'm OVER Choi. worst swing in MLB. His big butt will warm the bench nicely for all the new star power we've added... -

Re: Dodgers Making Moves
Thu, December 22, 2005 - 9:17 AMChoi is something we shall throw in in a trade but the problem is that nobody wants him, so we will just give him away as a Xmas Gift! Now we need to focus on pitching and then I think we are all good!!!!!! -

Re: Dodgers Making Moves
Thu, December 22, 2005 - 10:28 AMIt looks like we got Tomko.
I'm a little wary of these moves for some reason. I guess the shock of last year still has me on the edge a little. *shrugs* I guess we'll see what happens when the season begins. -

Re: Dodgers Making Moves
Thu, December 22, 2005 - 10:32 AMAt least we got some consistancy with the players we sighned. I still think they are a move or two away, something big, a trade or a major sighning. Pitching pitching pitching!!!!! We need another quality starter and some releif help! I think that this fall was much better then last fall!!

Re: Dodgers Making Moves
Thu, December 22, 2005 - 10:31 AMWe signed Tomko. 8-15 last year on a bad team. But previous two years had a winning record. If we could get 11-13 wins from him that's not too bad.
